Artist: Ferna
Bio: Ferna is Fernando Bueno’s solo project, musician and artist, member of Little Jesus.
Since 2009 Fernando has been in the mexican music scene playing with different projects or collaborating creatively in the visual part.
In 2021, after a long time without writing, Fernando makes a trip to Berlin, which uncovers his creativity and for a month he dedicated himself to composing. At the end of this trip, he had the opportunity to record his ideas at the Saal 3 studio inside Funkaus, in Berlin.
Upon returning to Mexico, he decides to show his friend Santiago Mijares (Little Jesus, Big Big Love, Petite Amie) what he is doing, and together they begin to finish the production of what will be the album.
In February 2022, Fernando speaks with Sam Owens to finish recording the ideas in Flying Cloud, his studio in the mountains of New York.
‘Yo, Ferna´is the name of this first material. A very personal, autobiographical and therapeutic journey through Fernando’s head. Without rules. Made by him and for him. It is expected to come out in late 2022, accompanied by a short movie made by Anderen Geben.
